Dairy product, are foods or drinks that are created from cow’s milk. However, they can also be produced using buffalo’s milk, goat’s milk, or even sheep’s milk. Dairy products are often considered to be high in calcium and vitamins, and are a good source of energy.

While most people are very familiar with cow’s milk, milk from carabao or water buffaloes are popular here in CLSU. Carabao’s milk is said to be richer and creamier compared to cow’s and goat’s milk because of its high percentage of milk fat.

Tourists can buy fresh carabao’s milk and dairy products from Milka Krem, the dairy products outlet of the Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) in Science City of Muñoz. Their innovative products include carabao mozzarella cheese, kesong puti, cream cheese, premium ice cream, flavored yogurt, and pastillas de leche.

Among the dairy products available at the said store, fresh milk and choco milk are the best selling products, not just for the Novo Ecijanos but also for the customers who travel a long distance just to visit and buy the famous fresh milks from PCC. No doubt, because when you taste it and other dairy products, your palate will be satisfied for its 100% purity, texture consistency and for its undeniable bizarre sensation of flavor.

Anything with carabao’s milk was so rich and so good! As long as it’s fresh, no one can defeat it!
